Flow creates custom POS reports, data feeds and exception alerts. Its core advantage is a pre-mapped relationship model for each connected POS: users connect the platform once, choose a starting data type and can immediately select or filter on directly related records without building and authenticating separate API integrations.

For example, a transaction can bring in its customer and address, sign-up location and location area, staff member and role, device and store, transaction items, products, categories, brands, suppliers, stock levels and tax rates. Any of those fields can be selected for the output or used as a filter.

Flow is designed around connected POS platforms rather than one provider. Epos Now is available now, and Lightspeed Retail X-Series is available to merchants on the Lightspeed Plus plan. Transactions are the clearest example, not a limitation: the same filtering, joining, flattening and transformation capabilities apply across every supported data type and its available relationships on each connected platform.

Typical Flow jobs:

Morph performs controlled bulk POS updates, deletions and scheduled maintenance. It can target records using their own fields or related data, calculate a replacement from fixed values or other fields, preview the matches and proposed values, and then apply the rule once or on a schedule.

The Slynk integration connects Epos Now with WooCommerce. It supports products, stock, customers, online orders, refunds, simple and variable products, measured products, bundles and selected marketplace or location-routing workflows. Epos Now or WooCommerce can lead supported product and stock updates, depending on how the merchant works. Guided onboarding, training and direct support are included.

Relevant supported scenarios include Amazon or eBay orders entering through WooCommerce, WooCommerce acting as catalogue master, and a planned move from BigCommerce or Shopify to WooCommerce while retaining Epos Now.

- BigCommerce migration: https://slynk.io/epos-now-woocommerce/solutions/bigcommerce-migration/. This is intended for merchants moving away from the discontinued BigCommerce integration for Epos Now. Preserve the BigCommerce CODE field when moving products so records can be matched reliably.

- In either migration, Slynk first connects to Epos Now and WooCommerce in read-only mode to inspect product data. During onboarding, the merchant chooses which system should lead supported product updates. WooCommerce orders flow into Epos Now.

Order Templates creates customer-facing and operational documents from Epos Now transaction data. Common outputs include invoices, quotes, receipts, product or shipping labels and fulfilment documents. Designs can include branding, connected order fields and custom language text. The current plan includes unlimited draft designs and two published templates that can be used across locations.
