We’ve got some exciting news, Aydyay Digital is becoming a part of Slynk Digital!
With your support we have come a long way and I can’t thank you enough for coming along on this journey with us.
Aydyay and Slynk are both part of Sembisoft Limited and we have had Aydyay and Slynk running side by side for the past few years with the same great team behind the scenes. Over the past year, we started seeing a lot of customers using our services from both Aydyay and Slynk once they knew the full range of services we could offer and liked the integrated approach we use.
Aydyay handled all our web design, graphic design and maintenance while Slynk handles all our apps, bespoke cloud integrations and automation. We are now bringing everything under Slynk Digital so that we can offer you all our services more efficiently and offer even better support.
We are also working on a customer portal where you can manage all your subscriptions with us, easily submit support and feature requests, chat with us, view your tickets and much more. All this is much easier for you and us if we bring everything together.
You will continue to get the same great support as always and will deal with exactly the same people.
For our Aydyay customers, the only thing that will change for you is the brand name and email addresses that you use to get in touch with us. All phone numbers remain exactly the same. The full contact details to use are available on our contact page.
For our Slynk customers, nothing changes, just more services available to you including web and graphic design and website maintenance too, all under one roof.
