When you build an integration with us, we will go through a detailed requirements capture with you to establish current needs and future requirements.

We want to ensure that we put in place a solid base to build upon in the future. We call this The Hub.

All integrations are built in a modular design so that we can add more integrations onto The Hub as your requirements grow with your business.

Our integration process

We have a robust and detailed process for scoping, architecting, building, testing and delivering bespoke integrations. This process has been refined over many years building bespoke integrations and we are well aware of the ‘gotchas’ that can only be learned with experience.

You can be confident that your integration has been tested for its normal function as well as edge cases.

Discovery

We go through a detailed requirements capture to understand your business and the current setup of the platforms. We identify pain points and any bottlenecks in the existing platforms and processes.

Architecture & Data flows

We define the system architecture and the data flow between the connected platforms with the integration sitting in between as a hub to ensure all requirements are met.

Specifications freeze

We present our proposed architecture and dataflows to you and iterate as required until you are happy to freeze the specifications.

Development

Development work begins after the specifications are frozen and we will keep you updated on progress.

Continuous Testing

We utilise a continuous testing process to ensure that each module is being tested as it is built to ensure there are no nasty surprises at the end of the development process.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Once development work is complete, our QA team begins a thorough and detailed testing process designed specifically for your integration. This includes edge cases to make sure that any errors are handled and that if there is an error, it does not fail silently.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Once the integration is signed off by our QA team, we release it to you for testing on our staging servers. Any issues found are resolved and we then release back to you for testing.

Sign Off

Once you are happy with the integration, the integration is signed off and is ready to go live. Deployment is scheduled.

Go Live

We go live with the integration and run a full suite of tests again to ensure everything works as expected. We keep a close eye on the integration in the first couple of weeks to ensure all is running smoothly.

Support

We know that building the integration is an important step, but supporting the integration is just as important. Our support team is on hand to help and response times will depend on the support agreement we have in place with you.
