This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and browser storage used on Slynk's marketing website. Our Privacy Policy explains the wider handling of personal data.
1. Your choice
The marketing website works without optional analytics and marketing cookies. If optional tracking is configured, the banner lets you choose “Necessary only” or “Accept optional cookies”. Optional analytics and marketing scripts load only after you accept them.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to reopen that choice. Choosing “Necessary only” turns off optional tracking and automatically reloads the page if tracking was already loaded. You can remove cookies and other stored identifiers through your browser settings. A changed preference does not undo information already sent to a provider.
2. Preferences stored by this website
- Cookie preference:
slynk_consent_v1is a local-storage entry, rather than a cookie. It records the version of the choice, optional analytics and marketing preferences, and the time saved. The website does not set an automatic expiry for this entry. It remains until removed by you or your browser, or superseded by a later choice or consent version. - Pricing currency:
slnSelectedCurrencyremembers the currency shown on pricing pages. It is a first-party preference cookie with a maximum age of one year, refreshed when the pricing preference is set.
Clearing this storage can cause your preferences to be forgotten or the banner to appear again. Account services on other Slynk domains may use separate session, authentication, security and preference storage needed for those services.
3. Optional analytics and marketing
Where configured, Google Analytics measures visits and use of the marketing website, and the Meta Pixel measures page views and advertising effectiveness. These providers can receive device and browsing information and use their own identifiers. They are not loaded by this website when the saved choice is “Necessary only”.
The identifiers and lifetimes can depend on provider configuration and browser settings. Google's cookie information and Meta's Cookie Policy explain their technologies. These providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area; see the international-transfer section of our Privacy Policy.
4. Security and other connected services
Contact forms may load a security challenge to help prevent automated abuse. Support tools, embedded services and external websites can process device or connection information when you use them and may set their own necessary storage. A link to another website does not mean its storage is controlled by Slynk's optional-cookie setting.
You can manage site data through your browser. Blocking all storage can affect sign-in, security, saved preferences and other functions. Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to connect@slynk.io.
