Set the customer credit balance every night to a preset value

customers Available
This flow makes it easy to set a customer’s credit balance to a specific value at a specific time. For example, you can use this flow to set a customer’s credit balance to 10 every day at midnight and to only apply to customers who have a valid customer type set. This is ideal for setting daily credit for staff to use on-site or for loyalty customers who get a certain amount of credit on their account to spend every month.

This flow template gives you a good starting point and you can customise it as needed.

We’d love to hear about what you want to automate and can advise on how to use flow to meet your requirements.

For example, filter by the customer type or where the customer name contains certain characters.

Actions allow you to make changes to the objects that pass the filter checks.
For example, set the customer balance to 10 or add 20% to the existing balance.
