Flow uses row based billing depending on the number of rows you successfully export per month.

For example, let's say you have a flow to export transactions:

• Let's assume you have 100 transactions on Epos Now
• 25 of these transactions pass the filters you have set up on your flow, so there are 25 transactions to be exported
• The flow would first fetch all the transactions from Epos Now, filter them according to your filters and then export the transactions that pass the filters.
• The number of exported rows would be:
  • 25 rows, 1 for each transaction

A run is every time your Flow successfully runs. 

For example, let's say you have a flow to export transactions and it runs daily. If the billing period has 30 days in it, it would run once per day for a total of 30 runs.

No, they do not. Only successful exports count towards your usage.

We will notify you via email when you are approaching your plan limits.

Once you hit the limit, we will stop processing any further workflows so there will be no surprise bills. You can choose to upgrade if you wish, otherwise your usage resets on your billing date.

You can set at which usage thresholds you want to be notified on our dashboard.

Your usage will reset on the billing day for your app on the Epos Now App Store and will be shown on our dashboard.

Yes, you can do this easily via the Epos Now App Store whenever you choose. Any upgrades will be pro-rated, and downgrades will take effect from your next billing date.

No, there will be no downtime.

Our billing is handled by the EposNow App Store and they accept all major currencies.

During the sign up on the EposNow App Store, you will be shown the equivalent price in your currency and this will be the amount you are billed for monthly.

You are only ever committing to one month at a time and can cancel at any time by uninstalling our app from the EposNow app store.
