Slynk Digital Ltd uses the following suppliers to process Customer Personal Data on its behalf when providing the Services. The suppliers used depend on the Service and any related support.
Sub-processors
- Hetzner: hosting and server infrastructure for our applications and stored service data.
- Help Scout: customer support, including messages, attachments and troubleshooting information supplied for support.
- Google Workspace: business email and collaboration where support correspondence or shared files contain Customer Personal Data.
Scope and changes
This list covers suppliers processing Customer Personal Data for us. Platforms and destinations you select under your own arrangements are not our sub-processors solely because we send data to them.
