Setting up WooCommerce is simple. Whether you launch your store yourself with WooExpress or prefer the support of a developer, we can introduce you to partners who specialise in WooCommerce and our integration.

  • Set up your WooCommerce store

    You can launch WooCommerce quickly with WooExpress, or work with one of our trusted web development partners who already know our integration. Either way, getting your new store online is straightforward.

  • Connect to Epos Now & WooCommerce

    Sign up with us so we can connect to both platforms in read-only mode. This lets us safely view your product data before any syncs are enabled.

  • Migrate product data

    Export your products from BigCommerce and import them into WooCommerce. Make sure the CODE field is included — this is the key to easily linking products between WooCommerce and Epos Now.

    We’re happy to review your BigCommerce export to confirm everything looks right.

    There are plenty of migration services from BigCommerce to WooCommerce that you could use too if you do not want to export/import.

  • Switch on the syncs

    Go through our onboarding to enable syncing. For product data, you can keep the same setup you had on BigCommerce (Epos Now → WooCommerce) or switch to WooCommerce → Epos Now. Orders always flow from WooCommerce into Epos Now, so your tills stay fully up to date.

  • Everything stays in sync
