Setup & sync direction

The integration responds to supported changes such as an in-store sale, stock take, purchase order or manual stock adjustment. This allows many updates to sync straight away instead of waiting for a timed batch.
Yes. You can use one platform as the source of truth for stock and the other as the source of truth for product data. Each direction is chosen separately during onboarding.
Most customers use Epos Now as the stock master so stock operations and reporting stay together. WooCommerce is normally the best product master when you use variable products, while Epos Now can suit catalogues made up mainly of simple products.
You need an HTTPS WooCommerce store, WordPress access, a WooCommerce user with at least Shop Manager permissions and the Slynk integration plugin. Guided onboarding checks each requirement before sync is enabled.

Product sync

Yes. Products can be created, updated or deleted according to the product master chosen during setup. Individual fields can be handled differently, such as using separate online and in-store prices.
