Flow Menu Scheduler

See it in action

Simplify your operations and focus on delivering exceptional service!

How it works

You can setup flows in simple steps to get your menu scheduler up and running

  • Tag products in Epos Now

Tag your products in Epos Now to identify which products are available for which menu. You can use the product tags, or use any other product field (e.g. article code, order code)

  • Setup a flow to tick sell on till

Use our product templates on Flow to quickly set up a flow that filters for products with the tag for your menu (e.g. breakfast) and set the action to 'tick sell on till' for any matching products. Set the days of the week and the times at which this should run automatically.

  • Clone the flow to untick sell on till

Clone the flow that we just created and change it so that it filters for products that do not have the tag for your menu (e.g. breakfast) and set the action to 'untick sell on till' for any matching products.

  • Clone flows for other menus

Repeat the 2 steps above for any other menus that you have such as lunch and dinner

  • All done!

That's all. Your menu scheduler is now up and running and will tick and untick sell on till automatically so that you only see the relevant products on the till depending on the time of the day and the active menu.
