Why connect eBay

Keep fixed-price and auction sales tied to real stock.

eBay gives retailers access to a large marketplace audience, but maintaining its listings separately from store and website inventory creates a real overselling risk.

This setup combines a compatible WooCommerce to eBay plugin or service with the Slynk Epos Now WooCommerce integration. The marketplace service must publish WooCommerce stock to eBay and create eBay sales as complete WooCommerce orders with the correct prices, quantities and taxes.

The connection model

WooCommerce joins the two sync services.

Your marketplace plugin owns the WooCommerce and eBay connection. Slynk owns the WooCommerce and Epos Now connection. The shared WooCommerce order and stock records complete the loop.

How it works

One stock figure can serve store, web and eBay.

The supported setup removes the need to correct marketplace availability by hand after every store sale or delivery.

01

Listings receive current stock

Slynk moves Epos Now stock to WooCommerce, then the marketplace plugin publishes the updated quantity to eBay.

02

eBay orders reach WooCommerce

The marketplace service creates each eBay sale as a WooCommerce order with the correct prices, quantities and taxes, giving Slynk a dependable order to process.

03

Epos Now keeps the full sales picture

Slynk creates the corresponding Epos Now sale so stock, sales reporting and in-store operations remain aligned.

Supported setup

Set up and test the eBay loop.

Product identifiers and listing relationships are checked before relying on automated marketplace stock.
