What Morph does

Morph is Slynk’s no-code bulk update and automation product for Epos Now. Each saved automation is a morph: it finds records using filters and related data, then updates or deletes the matches in one controlled run or on a schedule.
Start with a template for one saved rule, or choose a solution when the outcome needs several coordinated morphs. Review the data, filters, actions and trigger, run a simulation, then activate the morph when you are ready.
Morph currently supports Epos Now. It is installed through the Epos Now App Store and can be active on one or more Epos Now locations.
No. Morph changes data inside Epos Now; it does not upload spreadsheets, produce dashboards or deliver data elsewhere. Slynk Flow is the separate product for reports, exports, feeds and alerts.
You do not need to write code, but you should understand the outcome you want. Morph provides templates, field selectors, filters and actions in the dashboard, and Slynk can help review the first setup.

Simulation & safety

A live Morph run can update or delete matching Epos Now records. A simulation run evaluates live data without applying those changes, so you can inspect the result first.
A simulation fetches and filters live data, then prepares each action without writing the changes to Epos Now. Open the run logs to review which records matched, the actions Morph prepared and the before-and-after values. You can then adjust the rule, request a Slynk review or run it live.
No. Simulation runs do not count towards billed action or app run usage.
Yes. Morph understands relationships between available Epos Now data types. A rule can use fields from related records to filter a primary data set or update a related object, such as using sales activity to identify products, customers or staff.
Delete morphs use the same filters, summary and simulation process as updates. Review every match in the simulation results before starting a separate live run or activating a schedule; you can also request a review from Slynk when you want a second check.
Yes. A morph can run manually or on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly schedule. Optional working hours can prevent scheduled runs outside the time windows you allow.
Morph can schedule an automatic retry when an Epos Now API or quota limit is reached. The run details show why processing paused and when the next attempt is due.

Pricing & usage

An action is one successful update or delete on one matching record. Updating several fields on the same record in one morph still counts as one action.
A run is one time that a morph starts manually or on a schedule. Each successful live run counts towards the monthly app run allowance; simulations do not.
No. Failed updates and deletes do not count as successful actions, and failed or incomplete runs do not count as successful app runs.
Morph can notify you as you approach your action or run allowance. At the limit, further processing stops without an extra usage charge until your allowance resets or you upgrade.
Usage resets at the start of the next monthly billing period.
Yes. Plans are managed through the Epos Now App Store. Upgrades are pro-rated and downgrades take effect from the next billing date.
No. Monthly action and app run allowances reset on the billing date and do not accumulate.

Setup, billing & support

Install Morph through the Epos Now App Store. Slynk then sends dashboard access details to the main email address on the Epos Now account, and the Epos Now connection is created automatically.
No. Morph setup does not require Epos Now to be taken offline.
Billing is handled by the Epos Now App Store, which supports major currencies and shows the local equivalent before purchase.
Morph is billed month to month. You can cancel by uninstalling the app through the Epos Now App Store.
Yes. Slynk offers onboarding help, can recommend a template and can review the first simulation with you before a live run.
Support is provided directly by Slynk. Use the support widget in our documentation and tell us which product you use, your account and what you need help with.
Slynk support is available during normal UK working hours, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank and public holidays.
We monitor supported changes from our POS and ecommerce partners and maintain our products accordingly. If you need to take any action, we will explain what to do.
