General

Plans include 2, 5, 10 or 20 active, published templates. Draft templates are unlimited, so you can prepare and switch designs without deleting previous work.
No. Pricing is based on active templates, and published templates can be used at any number of locations.
Yes. Epos Now measured and weighed products are fully supported.
Yes. Template text can be written in any language. Slynk can add a required language font when it is not already available.

Designing templates

Yes. Choose a starter template or begin with a completely blank canvas. You can also duplicate an existing template and adapt it for another location, document type or purpose. See how templates are created and managed
Add as many custom text and image fields as you need, choose from a wide range of Epos Now order fields, and include order item, tax or tender tables. Fields can have their own labels, prefixes, suffixes, alignment and styling. Explore template content and settings
Yes. Set the exact paper width, height and margins, then arrange content with the drag-and-drop layout builder using one, two or three-column rows. You can also add spacers and footer content. See the layout builder
Yes. Load a selected Epos Now order to preview the finished document with real data. The preview shows the paper boundary and page breaks, and the template can stay in draft until it is ready. See how previewing works
Yes. Set the document type to Ticket and Order Templates creates one page for each item in the order. This is useful for food labels, preparation tickets and other item-level documents. See document settings

Using & printing

Order Templates does not have built-in email functionality. Use the print option to save the document as a PDF, then attach that PDF using your usual email software or service.
Open it inside the Epos Now app, from Epos Now Back Office in a web browser, through the Slynk dashboard or using a direct browser link requested from Slynk Support. Browser access works on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. To print, the device must be able to connect to your printer.
Yes. Order Templates works normally in a web browser on Android phones and tablets. The printing limitations only apply when it is opened inside the Epos Now app on a locked Epos Now Android till. For full printing, use a browser on another device that can connect to your printer. See compatibility and Android till guidance
Yes. The till action can show the order list, use the last order and then ask which template to print, or print the last order immediately with the default template. You choose the behaviour in Manage Templates. See the till action options

Support is provided directly by Slynk. Use the support widget in our documentation and tell us which product you use, your account and what you need help with.
We monitor supported changes from our POS and ecommerce partners and maintain our products accordingly. If you need to take any action, we will explain what to do.

Pricing

After sign-up we create or connect the account, confirm the setup details and guide you through the first working result.
Setup is normally completed without taking the POS offline. Any exceptional requirement would be agreed in advance.
Your billing currency and monthly price are shown before you subscribe.
Plans are monthly rolling with no long contract. Cancellation follows the current product terms.
