Review the day’s refunded items in a daily CSV email. This ready-to-use flow runs at 20:00 in your timezone and includes completed transactions available when it runs. There is no minimum refund value.
Includes negative-quantity transaction items, with refund reasons where recorded.
Connect your account, choose your email recipients, and review the timezone and schedule. Transactions entered after 20:00 are outside that evening’s report. Net transaction totals repeat on each item row and must not be summed.
