General

A Flow is a saved report, data export, feed or alert. You choose a starting data type and the fields you want from related data types. Flow works out which records to fetch and join, then remembers the filters, formatting, delivery and schedule.
No. Flow creates custom reports, exports, feeds and alerts, but it is not an interactive dashboard, BI or analytics workspace. It can join related records, transform fields and add a totals row within one output. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Excel or another downstream tool handles analysis across outputs.
Flow can create CSV, JSON or XML. You can download the output from the Slynk dashboard, send it as an email attachment, include the rows as a table inside a customised email, upload it by FTP or SFTP, or send it to Google Sheets.
Yes. The field selector groups available fields by data type, so you can choose the output columns you need. Flow uses a platform-specific data map to fetch and join the related records automatically, and you can filter using any related field too—without API development, SQL or manual spreadsheet joins.
Yes. Simulation mode lets you preview matching records and inspect the finished output before delivery starts. Run history and logs then show what ran, when it ran and whether delivery succeeded.
No. Flow reads, prepares and delivers data without editing source records. For Epos Now customers, Slynk Morph is the separate product for bulk updates, deletions and scheduled changes.
Yes. Slynk can help configure or review the first Flow and recommend an existing template.
Flow is available for Epos Now. Lightspeed Retail is coming soon, with more POS platforms planned as Flow expands across the POS sector.
Monthly allowances reset with the billing period and do not accumulate. Choose a plan based on normal recurring usage.

Failed exports do not count as successfully delivered rows.
Slynk notifies you at 75%, 90% and 100% of your allowance. At 100%, Flow pauses further processing without adding an extra charge. You can upgrade, downgrade or wait for the next monthly reset.
Usage resets at the start of the next monthly billing period.
Yes. You can change plan as the amount or frequency of your Flow work changes.
After sign-up we create or connect the account, confirm the setup details and guide you through the first working result.
