Flow turns a one-off product export into a repeatable Myfoodlink feed. Connect Epos Now, choose the products and stock location for the online store, review the included columns, and set a schedule. Each run creates a CSV with the product and stock data Myfoodlink expects, then sends it to the store’s FTP/SFTP destination.

Start with a test export so the first file can be checked before the live import is enabled. Once approved, the scheduled flow keeps prices, categories, product details and stock levels moving without someone having to export and upload a file by hand. The template is a starting point, so stores can adjust filters, fields, cadence and delivery details to match their setup.
