Simple pricing with no long contracts locking you in. You simply commit month-to-month and cancel any time.
Flow is billed based on the number of successful tasks and once you reach the limit on your plan, we stop processing further tasks so there are no unexpected bills. We'll notify you when you are approaching the limit of your plan.
What is a task?
Flow uses task based billing depending on the number of tasks you use per month. A task is any action that your flow successfully completes.
For example, let's say you have a flow to update product cost and selling prices.
- Let's assume you have 100 products on EposNow
- 25 of these products pass the filters you have set up on your flow, so there are 25 products to be updated
- The flow would first fetch all the products from EposNow, filter them according to your filters and then take action on the products that pass the filters.
- The number of tasks used would be:
- 25 tasks to update the products that pass the filters
- 1 for each product
- 25 tasks to update the products that pass the filters
For exporting data, every 25 rows of data exported per file uses 1 task. So with the example above, if you were exporting instead of updating the products, then 25 rows of data would be exported and that would use just 1 task.

Do failed tasks count towards my usage?
No, they do not. Only successful tasks count towards your usage.
What happens when I reach my task limit?
We will notify you via email when you are approaching your task limit.
Once you hit the task limit, we will stop processing any further tasks so there will be no surprise bills. You can choose to upgrade if you need more tasks otherwise your usage resets on your billing date.
You can set at which task usage thresholds you want to be notified on our dashboard.
When does my usage reset?
Your usage will reset on the billing day for your app on the EposNow App Store and will be shown on our dashboard.
Can I upgrade/downgrade?
Yes, you can do this easily via the EposNow App Store whenever you choose. Any upgrades will be pro-rated, and downgrades will take effect from your next billing date.

What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up with us, you will receive an email with your login details.
Once you login to our dashboard:
- Create your first flow. Use one of our templates to get up and running in minutes
- Test your flow and then activate it
- If you need any help at all with setting up your flows, just get in touch with us
Will there be any downtime while you do the setup?
No, there will be no downtime.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Our billing is handled by the EposNow App Store and they accept all major currencies.
During the sign up on the EposNow App Store, you will be shown the equivalent price in your currency and this will be the amount you are billed for monthly.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are only ever committing to one month at a time and can cancel at any time by uninstalling our app from the EposNow app store.
